Delray Beach, FL. — With sun, sand, and major bragging rights, Delray Beach has soared to the top once more, taking home USA TODAY’s Best Beach in Florida title for the second consecutive year.
With its second consecutive year at the top of USA TODAY’s esteemed list, Delray Beach has once again won the title of Best Beach in Florida in the publication’s 2025 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
Laura Simon, Executive Director of the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA), stated, “We’re thrilled — but not surprised — that Delray Beach has earned this recognition again.” “Readers of USA TODAY are merely reaffirming what we already know: Delray Beach is among the greatest in the world, not just the best in Florida.”
The award, which was made public after a countrywide voting that ended on May 19, emphasizes how popular Delray Beach is with both residents and tourists. Following the creation of a shortlist of Florida’s most popular beaches by an expert panel, readers cast daily votes for their favorites.
In addition, Martin County’s Stuart Beach rose from sixth place in 2024 to fifth this year.
The following are the final rankings for Florida’s Best Beach in 2025:
- Delray Beach
- Clearwater Beach
- Treasure Island Beach
- Lauderdale-By-The-Sea
- Stuart Beach
- Bowman’s Beach
- St. Pete Beach
- Siesta Beach
- Destin
- Anastasia State Park
