Three universities in Florida are among the top 100 in the nation

After the Wall Street Journal published its list of the top 400 colleges and universities in the country on Wednesday, three Florida campuses received a significant award.

The Wall Street Journal looked at factors such as social mobility, income, and the overall student experience.

The University of Florida came in at #15 overall and was placed first solely among public universities.

Out of 400 public and private universities, Florida International University took fourth place among public universities and 29th overall.

The University of Miami, which is ranked #90, also cracked the top 100.

Florida State University came in at position 102 overall, slightly outside the top 100.

FIU was prominently listed in the top 10 in both the social mobility and overall student experience categories.

The University of Florida ranked 35th in the category of wage impact.
