The Disney World attraction Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is set to open in a few short weeks. On June 28, the new attraction will formally open, but if you’d rather experience it virtually beforehand, you can find a whole ride-through online. Later this month, you can find new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure food and drink at the parks and resort as a celebration of Disney World’s newest addition!

Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, and other Walt Disney World sites are offering these exclusive delicacies inspired by The Princess and the Frog from June 28 (unless otherwise noted) until September 6.

Golden Oak Outpost
- Hot Honey Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries: Chicken nuggets tossed in hot sauce-honey served with New Orleans olive relish and Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries
- Shrimp Gumbo with Sweet Potato Fries: Shrimp and Andouille sausage gumbo topped with Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries
- Tiana’s Famous Beignets: Light, sweet, and fluffy beignets with powdered sugar and drizzled with honey

- Peach Cobbler: Cinnamon panna cotta, peach cobbler, brown sugar streusel, and whipped cream with a Tiana chocolate piece

New Products Inspired by Tiana
There will be some fantastic new long-term additions in addition to the cuisine that is only available for a short while! Mama Odie’s Hot Sauce and Dooky Chase’s Seasonings are available in flavors such as Gumbo Base, Fried Chicken Seasoning, Seafood Seasoning, and Meat Seasoning. Starting on June 28, these spices will be accessible at the Emporium and Critter Co-Op. This will be their first time being sold outside of Dooky Chase’s Restaurant in New Orleans!
The Disney Tiana Bayou Beignet coffee flavor is also available online or at Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Co. in The Landing at Disney Springs. Powdered sugar and honey are the flavor notes of the medium-roasted flavored coffee.
