During the summer, Destin is frequently crowded with visitors and locals, but the sandy beaches also carry a risk of violent thunderstorms.
To make sure your family trip is as enjoyable as it can be, WKRG came up with a list of five things to do in Destin on a rainy day.
No. 1 Gulf World Marine Park
Dolphinarium Gulf World Marine Park is situated at Panama City Beach. Since 1970, it has been operating. From an aquarium with an “under the sea” theme to bowling with a marine theme, there are a ton of things to do.
No. 2 Urban Air Adventure & Trampoline Park
Urban Air Adventure & Trampoline Park, which is in Destin, offers entertainment for people of all ages. You may throw a birthday party, play laser tag, play dodgeball on a trampoline, and so much more.
No. 3 Rain Forest Black Light Golf & Arcade
There are two locations for Black Light Golf & Arcade: Panama City Beach and Miramar Beach. There is an arcade and an 18-hole indoor black-light miniature golf course.
No. 4 Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone
Fort Walton Beach is home to Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone, which offers both indoor and outdoor activities in abundance. A 4D movie experience, putt-putt golf, and more are available. There, you can also have a party.
No. 5 Ripley’s Believe It or Not!
The location of Ripley’s Believe It or Not is in Panama City Beach. Along with hands-on activities, you have the opportunity to “marvel at hundreds of rare and unusual artifacts.” A 7D theater, a mirror maze, and other attractions are also available.
