Off-road vehicle manufacturer Jeep® is well-known for a variety of attributes, including 4×4 off-road capability, adventure, a customer base referred to as “Jeepers,” numerous honors and accolades, and a number of yearly events that honor the brand’s heritage and keep discovering new ways to live the Jeep life. The Easter Jeep Safari is available every spring to deal with the latter. Easter Jeep Safari is a nine-day event that begins in Moab, Utah. It features trail rides and a trade area where attendees may acquire new after-market equipment to customize their Jeeps for their upcoming adventures. As usual, Mopar assembled a few ideas to demonstrate what a creative Jeeper can accomplish with a Jeep and the Mopar Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) catalog.

Concept Jeep Low Down

The Low Down idea is based on a 2-door Jeep Wrangler 392 variant and is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 engine. Equipped with 20-inch beadlock wheels and 42-inch mud-terrain tires. This idea is given a little attitude by the high-clearance carbon fender flares, and the Poison Apple Red paint is just as alluring as the genuine ruby red. The system retains the stock Wrangler Rubicon 392 suspension, but Dana 60 axles with 5.38 gears swap out the stock Dana 44 axles with 4.10 gears to provide greater control in a wider range of off-road scenarios. There is also a minor increase in the breakover, approach, departure, and overall ground clearance angles. Rhino floorboards line the bottom of the cabin, the center console has a bespoke radio-delete instrument panel, and the inside upholstery is custom black leather with fabric inserts.

Concept of a Jeep Willys Dispatcher

A fresh spin on the Wrangler 4xe, this one sports vintage-looking 16-by-7-inch alloy wheels shod in 36-inch Super Traxion tires. In addition, a unique vintage front bumper and WILLYS branding engraved into the hood’s sides are elements of the front fascia. To bring the notion to life, a bespoke shade of Element 115 Green paint job capitalizes on that retro aesthetic. It also includes a vintage-looking 8274 Warn winch for pulling or being dragged. The bespoke retrim of the upholstery, which features low-back antique front and rear headrests and a combination of distressed saddle leather and houndstooth cloth inserts, carries on the throwback design inside. With a tough JPP vinyl floor covering, this design is prepared for off-roading and getting dirty. With 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, the 2.0-liter plug-in hybrid 4xe propulsion system powers the Jeep Wills Dispatcher. This technology has won multiple awards.

Concept Jeep Gladiator Rubicon High Top

The High Top idea, designed for the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, aims to push the envelope. It begins with a striking Ginger Snap metallic body with two-tone graphics reminiscent of the 1950s. With the new 40×13.5R18 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 tires on Satin Black KMC Grenade Crawl beadlock wheels measuring 18 by 9 inches, the JPP fender flares provide ample clearance for off-roading and exploring new places. With its AccuAir adjustable air suspension and matched 5.38:1 gearing on both the front and rear Dana 60 axles, the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon High Top Concept is ready for any challenge. Driven by a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, the vehicle also has two sliding drawers for additional storage in the back and a truck bed storage system by DECKED for lockable cargo space. Custom-quilted and perforated Alea leather in tan and black hues comprises the upholstery inside, with the JPP emblem embossed on the headrests. The cabin is shielded from the elements by door sill protectors and all-weather floor mats, a JPP sun hat provides some sun protection, and a JPP pedal kit has been added.

The Jeep Vacationer Concept

A customized carbon-fiber RedTail Overland Skyloft offers enough room for two people to lay down and catch some shut-eye while taking in the expansive vistas from a climate-controlled haven for those wishing to take their Jeep into the woods. Ample underbody protection is provided by front and rear skid plates, allowing you to travel off-road and wherever you need to go in search of that perfect spot. Riding on 18-by-9-inch bead grip 701 tires, the exterior features distinctive bodyside woodgrain designs that pay homage to early 1960s–1990s Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The Method racing wheels are shod in 35-inch BFGoodrich mud-terrain tires, and they can be complemented with a 1.5-inch natural lift for more ground clearance and aggressive bodyside flares. The front fascia is equipped with three 11-inch TYRI LED lights and a white roof bordered with Rhinos. To truly make it feel like a small home, the second and third rows of seats have been removed inside for the Skyloft. Instead, a custom weatherproof pass-through entrance makes it easy to access the Skyloft from the interior floor. There is also a fore/aft sliding door and a small step that doubles as a table. Adventure seekers have been waiting for this one, with a 3.0-liter Hurricane Twin Turbo 510 engine producing 510 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque.
