Bank of America Building Demolition Completed on Future Glass House Boca Raton Site; Intimate Luxury Development Construction to Start

Boca Raton, FL. – February 24, 2025 – It is with great pleasure that developer 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC announces the completion of the demolition of the 9,696-square-foot Bank of America facility on the site of the upcoming Glass House Boca Raton intimate luxury complex. Glass House Boca Raton’s construction is expected to start in Q1 2025 and be finished in Q2 2027.

The BG Group, LLC, a general contractor based in Boca Raton, completed the demolition at the location, which is situated at 280 E. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL, parcel 06-43-47-29-01-007-0010. The parcel fronts E Palmetto Park Road for 66 feet.

“We are excited to start construction now that the old building on the Glass House Boca Raton site has been demolished,” stated Noam Ziv, partner and CEO of the company that developed the project, 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC. “We are eager for construction to be finished in Q2 2027 and for residents to move into this small, upscale development, which is the first contemporary glass structure in the center of downtown Boca Raton.”

Less than a mile from the beach is Glass House Boca Raton, a nine-story luxury complex with 28 roomy two- to four-bedroom apartments that was meticulously planned. Top restaurants and shopping are close by.
